All right! The music page! That's why you're here, no?

Let's start with the beginning. As said on the home page, my first recordings were solely done with a Roland Juno 106, two tape recorders and one mixer. The so called ping-pong recording method. Record one track on tape one, then play that recording through the mixer, together with live playing of the synth, and record this result to tape two. And again and again... untill you have a "full recording", overwhelmed with noise and totally out of balance...

I do have most of those recordings still! But no, really, you do not want to hear them :-)

I bundled them into a cd for my own purposes, "The early years."

Recordings made in Brussels, Belgium between 1986 and 1996

Of course, during those years, my life drastically changed, coming off school and starting to work in a transportation company. Many things happened but don't be afraid, I'm not going to bother you with the story of my life. Basically, for many years, I still only owned that Juno 106 but did nothing much with it. Around 1996, I bought a Roland RD-250s stage piano and a Roland (yes yes, Roland again) sound module, the SC-55. With this threesome, and a Pentium 240Mhz (Who-hooow!) computer I made two full albums. Titles were in dutch: "Kruispunt" (=crossroad) and "Breuklijn" (=breach)

Still very simple though, the "voice stealing" problem was tough.

Recordings made in Zaventem, Belgium between 1996 and 2002.

It took me untill 2005 before I finally bought everything I needed to have "decent" recordings. From then, I had about 4 years of boosting inspiration and made 5 full albums. Here they are.

Recordings made in Werchter, Belgium between 2005 and 2008.

2005: K-Tower.

This is the first album where I used a kind of "story in my head" method to complete the album.

Most important instruments used for this album: Roland JV1080, Roland RD250s, Novation A-Station.

2006: Clouds.

A dream I had since childhood. An album with several songs describing the most common type of clouds there are in the sky. I finally felt confident to do it.

Most important instruments used for this album: Roland JV1080, Roland RD250s, Alesis Quadrasynth, Novation A-Station.

Here is a link to Youtube where you can listen to the full album. These Youtube pages are hosted by my "selling agent", AVB Music Productions. You will see some pictures of really famous electronic music composers... this is only for marketing purposes :-)

2006: Gondwana Tales.

Again, an album with a non-existing story. I imagined me a T-rex, at the end of the existance of the former continent Gondwana.

Most important instruments used for this album: Roland V-Synth, Roland JV1080, Roland RD250s, Alesis Quadrasynth, Novation A-Station.

2007: Beyond Imagination.

Are you surprised when I say astronomy is also one of my hobbies? Then you´ll understand that another dream of me was to musically describe several cosmological events...

Most important instruments used for this album: Roland V-Synth, Roland JV1080, Roland RD250s, Alesis Quadrasynth, Korg X5DR, Novation A-Station, Yamaha DTXpress.

2007: The Holy Trees.

This is the last album I made so far. In October of 2007, my wonderful child was born and I totally dedicated my time to him from that moment on. No more music...

This album is another non-existing story.

Most important instruments used for this album: Roland V-Synth, Roland JV1080, Roland RD250s, Alesis Quadrasynth, Korg X5DR, Novation A-Station, Yamaha DTXpress.

And now, we are 2016... I´m trying to restart my efforts with a new studio and new courage.
